Programme VIS Live! Event 2024

Are you involved or interested in Virtual International Cooperation (VIS) projects? Would you like to be inspired by exchanging ideas and best practices with experienced and start-up VIS colleagues? Then come to the VIS Live! Event on 7 November 2024, at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences!

The programme is from 11.00 – 17.00 and includes contributions from VIS practitioners, supporters and coordinators. Below is a glimpse into the content of the (‘conditional’) programme.

What to expect during the day:

11am – 12pm: Information and advice market with stands from:

  • VIS consortium: the training and support team for VIS. Learn all about the trainings and support services that are linked to a VIS grant.
  • Dialogic: the research agency conducting the VIS evaluation programme on behalf of OCW.
  • DUS-I: the agency that coordinates VIS applications for OCW. Ask your questions about grant conditions and procedures here.
  • NUFFIC: the Dutch organisation for internationalisation in education.

12.00 – 13.00: Lunch and networking
During the information and advice market and lunch, there will be many interesting poster presentations:

13.00 – 13.30 Opening and keynote
During the keynote, we will look at what VIS projects deliver from a student perspective, among other things.

13.30- 15.40: Presentations and Campfires
Several interesting presentations and campfires by VIS experience experts will be available during 2 parallel rounds. Get inspired, engage in conversation and learn from VIS colleagues!
